INGREDIENTS

Alaskan Cod Filets
Garlic Soy Sauce (Click here for recipe)

For a complete meal, I serve it with baby bok choy, white rice, and potato dynamite (Click here for recipe).

DIRECTIONS

Marinate cod filets in garlic soy sauce for 1 hour, flipping after 30 minutes. Remember to reserve some of the garlic soy sauce to serve on top of fish (and rice and bok choy) after cooking.

While the fish is marinating, steam up some baby bok choy, make some white rice and cook the potato dynamite.
Heat griddle on stove top and add fish filets.  There is no need to add oil or butter to the pan as the garlic soy sauce has plenty of butter already in it.
Pour extra marinade on top of filets.

Cook filets for 3-4 minutes on each side.  Be sure the fish is cooked all the way but DO NOT overcook the fish.  Make sure it is no longer translucent, and then you should be good!
While the fish is cooking, plate up the rest of the food.  Add a scoop of rice, one baby bok chop and a few slices of potato dynamite.
Once this fish is finished, add the fish to the plate and spoon on a bit more garlic soy sauce on top of the fish!
