2 1/2 bushels of Parsley, finely Chopped
I use both flat and curley parsley
3 Cucumbers, Diced
4 Tomatoes, Diced
4 Green Onions, Diced
Mixture #2
Bulgur #1
Sea Salt
Mint Seasoning
Chili Powder
Lemon Juice
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients from Mixture #1 in a large bowl.
Combine all ingredients from Mixture #2 in a medium bowl.
Add Mixture #2 to Mixture #1. Cover and refrigerate.
