INGREDIENTS

1 Bunch Kale
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees.
Line baking pan with parchment paper.
Wash and remove stems from kale.
Massage kale so the white film is removed.
Tear kale into bite size pieces.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over kale.  
Sprinkle sea salt over kale.


Place in over for 4-8 minutes.  The edges of the kale should be a bit brown. (See image below.)

Remove from oven and serve immediately.
