INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup Tahini
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 15 oz. Can Garbanzo Beans
2 Tbs. Water

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor blend tahini and lemon juice for 30 seconds.
Scrape sides of food processor with a silicone spatula.
Blend again for 30 seconds.
The blending of the tahini and lemon juice in these 30 second increments, causes the tahini to become nice and creamy.
Add EVOO, garlic, cumin, and salt. 
Blend for 30 seconds.
Open, drain, and rinse the garbanzo beans.
Add 1/2 of the garbanzo beans and blend for 1 minute.
Scrape sides of food processor with a silicone spatula.
Add the remaining 1/2 of the garbanzo beans and blend again for 2 minutes.
At this point your hummus will be creamy, but may still be a bit thick.  While the food processor is running add 2 Tbs. of water.  This will thin out the hummus.  This only needs to blend for 15 seconds.  
TASTE.  If so desired, add a pinch more salt and blend quickly.
You can top with a tad more olive oil and paprika if you'd like before serving.
