Eggs
Water for Boiling

DIRECTIONS

Place the eggs in a pot and cover 1" with cool water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Remove from heat.
Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Drain the eggs and cool in ice water.  

Then peel.  I tend to peel the eggs under cool running water.
