I was looking for a good grilled nopales recipe, and they all seem to be the same, so here you go! I like mine with salt, but my husband likes his with some sriracha or chipotle hot sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Cactus Pads
(I buy cactus pads which have the thorns already removed.)
Grapeseed Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Turn on the bar-b-que (or heat up an inside griddle).
Rub grapeseed oil on both sides of the cactus.
Place on the grill and grill for 3 - 4 min, each side.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
