Chimichurri is an Argentinan condiment typically served on top of meat, but it is also served as an appetizer on top of baguette slices.
INGREDIENTS
2 Bunches of Parsley (Flat or Curly)
1 Bunch of Cilantro
2 1/2 Tbs. of Fresh Oregano
12 Cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Sherry Wine
4 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Dash of Pepper
Baguette or Crostini (For Serving)
DIRECTIONS
Chop Parsley.
Chop Cilantro.
Chop Oregano.
Chop garlic.
Everything should be in recognizable pieces while still being well chopped.
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Slice baguette.
Scoop chimichurri onto sliced baguette or crostini and serve.
