Pan seared Brussels sprouts are hit in my home!
INGREDIENTS
12-20 Brussels Sprouts
1-2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS
Wash and cut Brussels Sprouts in 1/2.
Cook Brussels Sprouts over medium heat.
Add a Tbs. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil into pan.
Add in Brussels Sprouts cut side down and sprinkle sea salt over Brussels Sprouts.
Cook over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes until Brussels Sprouts become brown and caramelized.
About 1/2 way through (once the bottoms get brown), flip the Brussels Sprouts over to cook the other side.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
