INGREDIENTS

5 Roma Tomatoes
5 Basil Leaves
1 1/2 Cloves Garlic
3 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Baguette or Crostini (For Serving)

DIRECTIONS

Chop tomatoes.
Chop basil.
Chop garlic.

Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.

Slice baguette.
Scoop bruschetta onto sliced baguette or crostini and serve.  
Top with parmesan cheese, if desired.

NOTE:
This bruschetta is also wonderful when tossed with angel hair pasta and makes an awesome angel hair pomodoro.
